Do I have to move off what I use now?
Yes, for this to be worth anything, and the migration is included. We bring your contacts and history across.
Is my data mine?
Yours. Export it on request, on any day, for any reason.
Can I actually send iMessage from it?
Yes. We are a Sendblue partner, so every client gets their own Sendblue line. You send iMessage from inside the CRM, in the same thread as your texts, calls and emails. Anyone on Android still gets a normal text, on the same line, in the same conversation.
Do I need the CRM to run ads with you?
No, but it is what makes the ads measurable. Without it we are reading Meta reporting, which counts leads and cannot count booked work. The live dashboard needs the CRM to exist.
